This beautiful 3 story home has a welcoming foyer and office. It is unique as the main floor houses 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has brand new beds and mattresses, 2 bedrooms with King beds, and 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. (There is also a large family bonus room upstairs off the main living area that can be closed off and queen-sized air mattresses can be placed in there, creating a 5th bedroom, if needed.)
The Master Bedroom has a 50-inch TV as well as a private 2 sink master bathroom and walk-in closet attached. One queen bedroom also has a full bathroom attached. The 2nd King bedroom has a 50 in flat-screen TV.
A beautiful staircase leads up to a large, 2nd story open kitchen, living, and dining room area complete with vaulted ceilings, French doors, and an inviting fireplace.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a high end gas range, as well as a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There are walls of cabinets and ample countertop space. There are pots and pans, utensils, cutting boards, knives, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc... and a Keurig K-Duo Coffee maker.
There is a large dining table framed by glass doors and a French balcony overlooking the backyard. There is a kitchen counter bar that has 3 chairs for extra seating as well.
The living room has a brand new sofa and overstuffed chair positioned around a gas fireplace, perfect for cozying up with a cup of coffee.
Bonus features to this unique upstairs gathering space include a convenient half bathroom. Also, step out of the living room and through another set of French doors into a huge bonus family room. This space is complete with a large leather sectional and 70 in flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing.
New in May of 2022!!!! We just opened up a whole new level to this house. The basement is open including a Home Movie Theater Room with a 122 inch movie screen!!! Watch your favorite movies or stream shows and sports and enjoy Dolby Surround Sound. Also, Enjoy games on the Sony Playstation 4 on the Big Screen.
The spacious basement area has a new half bath and offers easy access to the backyard. The basement has a microwave and mini-fridge and is a great place for board gaming and family fun.
Also available to our guests is a brand new full-size washer and dryer. Located downstairs in a separate laundry room.
There is a shaded backyard behind the house as well as a small walk-out patio, pergola, and bench seating.
Worry free parking. Most often, there is ample street parking in front of the house, but just for our awesome guests, we also built a private, gravel, 4 car parking area in the backyard.
