Main House: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open-plan living, dining, kitchen, indoor fireplace, and patio.
Detached ADU — 5th Bedroom: Accessible through an exterior door only and not connected to the main house from inside. The ADU includes a spiral staircase, private kitchen, living area, and full bathroom. AC is available but controlled from the upstairs thermostat in the main house. Guests staying in the ADU should coordinate with the main house for temperature adjustments.
Guests booking the full property have access to both units. Please plan accordingly for guests staying in the detached ADU.

Climate Control: The main house has its own AC system. The ADU (5th bedroom) has a separate AC unit controlled by the thermostat located upstairs inside the ADU. Our team is available 24/7 via message if you need assistance adjusting the temperature.
