Each apartment boasts open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living rooms include two sofa beds and large wall-mounted Smart TVs, providing a cosy spot to relax after a busy day.
You'll have access to two fully equipped kitchens, each fitted with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.
The apartments are within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
Please note that throughout April 2026, there will be external work being carried out at the address with a scaffolding structure in situ. Please be aware of your own safety going in and out of the building and we apologies in advance for the inconvenience caused. There are also internal works going on in other parts of the building within the times of 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, so moderate levels of noise are to be expected.

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
