With its own private enclosed garden and a hay field for dog exercise. Also there are views on a clear day of the Malvern Hills, Cleeve Hill, Leckhampton Hill, Crickley Hill and the famous Cheese Rolling Hill. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Modern bathroom with a shower. A lovely lounge/diner filled with natural light that looks out to the garden. From the living room, patio doors open up to the garden, patio, seating and BBQ area.
A cosy bedroom with a king size bed and a view of the hay field. It's an ideal property for time away, visiting family or on business in the area with Cheltenham 4.5 miles, Cotswold nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible.
Access to the property is via a no through farm track and close to local amenities. We are on site to help if needed. On arrival the Annexe is accessed by key lock. A full information folder is in the property and a welcome pack to get you started.
