Dining kitchen
The dining and kitchen spaces connect through an open doorway and together form the social hub of the property. The private rear garden is enclosed by brick and rendered walls and offers a generous amount of space for a city-centre property. The paved patio has an outdoor dining table and six chairs, and is framed by a timber pergola with hanging baskets and planted borders. A separate area with a gravel and cobblestone surface sits beneath a pergola swing, with a fire pit available for evening use.
