In the open plan kitchen-diner, a large picture window stretches across the front of the property and the dining table and chairs have been carefully positioned to enjoy the breathtaking sea views. There is a fully equipped and stylish kitchen, perfect for rustling up your favourite meals and a double-sided wood burner which makes this welcoming space cosy at any time of the year. An adjacent family room is well equipped to entertain the children with TV, books, a range of toys and table football. All bedrooms in the main house offer sea/coastal views with bedroom two in the main house benefitting from a wonderful glass screened balcony with table and chairs, an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. Just 200 metres from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, visitors are attracted by surfing, paddleboarding, sunbathing and sand-castle building, although this is also prime walking country with spectacular coastal trails past the colony of basking seals starting literally on the doorstep.
