Enjoy this modern, updated 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, private lower suite located across from the airport and just minutes from Lake Michigan, downtown, and trendy Bayview nightlife! Conveniently located less than 2 minutes from multiple freeways! Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Less than a 9 minute drive to Miller Park, Fiserv Forum, State Fair, and more! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals who want easy access to everything Milwaukee has to offer!
The bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage in dresser and closet. The bathroom boasts a walk in shower and is stocked with complementary shampoo and body wash. You will have full access to a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchenette that features a Keurig, microwave, hot plate and refrigerator. Kick back and relax while binging Netflix on a projector that features a 100” screen. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk and high speed wireless internet for the traveling professional.
Guests have access to the full private lower unit and backyard. Entry into the unit will be available through the side door using the keypad next to the door with a code given for the duration of the booking. There is plenty of off street parking. There is no usage of the driveway, front yard, or front porch. For everyone’s safety, there are external security cameras positioned at all entrances.
I’m always available for any issues via the messaging app. I typically respond immediately but will always respond within an hour max.
Please note that this is a lower-level unit. We kindly ask that you remain mindful and respectful of the residence above you during your stay. I am on-site most of the time and readily available by phone should any issues or emergencies arise.
Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Early check-in prior to 2:00 PM will incur a fee of $50 per hour. Late check-out after 11:00 AM will be charged at $100 per hour.
