Located behind the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary and 10-15 minutes walking distance of town centre, train station, Tesco Extra supermarket, Haigh plantations & Wigan Park. Wigan is centrally located with great train and motorway links to Manchester, Liverpool, Southport, Preston, Blackpool and Lancaster. This is a non-smoking property and we ask that you kindly respect our adjoining neighbours by keeping noise levels down between the hours of 10pm and 8am please. Travel cot and high chair can be provided on requests. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we ask please that they are not allowed on furniture or beds in order to prevent allergic contact in future guests.
