On the ground floor you will find the spacious living area with sofa, fireplace and TV. A special attraction is the window to the pool. The high quality kitchen is fully furnished, adjacent dining room and exit to the south-facing terrace with plancha.
There are 4 additional bedrooms on the ground floor, each with double bed and access to the garden. There is one shower room with toilet and one private shower between two bedrooms. One independent toilet.
The distance to the ocean beach is about 200 m (walk through the dunes), about 400m to shops, market, and restaurants.
