Summary: Hotel location and free breakfast were great, but other than that I would suggest travelers book a different hotel. Location was not easy to find if you were not familiar with the area. There was valet parking, but we were not informed of the cost and received a bill after the fact for $42 a day and were charged twice for the same day. Room was adequate, but the light over the mirror in the bathroom was half burned out. Had to call to get it replaced. The sink had no stopper and the rim around the drain was dirty, as was the full-length mirror in the room. Called to get the bathroom light replaced and no one in maintenance picked up. Had to call the front desk several times over the course of our stay and it was not unusual that no one picked up that phone either. Trying to reach the $42-a-day Valet by phone was impossible. No answer, no way to leave a message. AND - there was a note on each breakfast table that said, in essence, leave your table clean for the next guest by clearing away your plates, etc. Not that I minded, but I had to go to the "kitchen" to ask for cream for my coffee and got a very curt "It's coming" response - it took 5 minutes for them to bring out the cream. I am thinking that their signs really meant "We don't have adequate staffing to keep our dining area running properly." Waited more than five minutes to ask a question at the front desk and the only person working there never even acknowledged that we were standing there. UGH!
