Our 2 BR half of a duplex is 5 minutes away from Karst Farm Park and Monroe County Airport, 10 minutes from IU Stadium, less than 15 minutes to the new IU health hospital, less than 20 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, and less than 30 minutes to Lake Monroe! Minutes to shopping or restaurants and a quick car ride to I-69 or downtown Bloomington.
