Summary: Staff was lacking communication in English. Entrance to room at back side of building, as soon as I opened the door, the smell of cigarette smoke hit my face. The room looked tidy but smelled musty. The sliding patio doors had not been cleaned, very smudged with what looked like dog smear. There was cobwebs hanging on the ceiling.
