Summary: It definitely is a charming place, hidden from the road. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They have games available to borrow. However, the mattress was really hard and the carpet not vacuumed. The outdoor area not maintained as well as it could be. The biggest issue happened on our last night. Why I tried to take a shower, there was no water. I called to front desk and was told: “I guarantee you there’s water”. They sent someone to “teach me” how to turn the shower on (I took a shower the previous two days so obviously knew how to turn it on), and sure enough, there was no water pressure. The solution? Go take a shower in the other building. I declined choosing to wash at the sink with very little water pressure. They did give us a mere $25 refund on our 3 nights stay.
