You won't beat the location of our newly renovated home! Close to Cornell, Ithaca College, Coscadilla Gorge Trail, & walking distance to Ithaca Commons,South Hill Trail, Bars & Restaurants! Our home has a stocked kitchen, board games, pool table, and also be sure to leave some time for poker nights! The house is built for a fun time! Explore all the waterfalls & state parks in Ithaca while enjoying the Finger Lakes wine region! The perfect home base for exploring all that the area has to offer.
The Ac units are located in all the bedroom windows!
Spacious home great for families and large groups.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor all with double/full size beds and upstairs is 2bedrooms with double/full size beds.

Please note that this is street parking only, and the driveway on the side of the house is not ours.
There is FREE street parking on Hudson St. and Columbia St!
This space offers one fully stocked kitchen with pots pans, plates cups, etc. Two dish towels and 1 roll of paper towels.
We provide 2-3 toilet paper rolls each bathroom along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
One bedding set for each bed, including all linens.
