>WOOD FIREPLACE <
The home features a wood fireplace inside, guests must keep both the indoor and outdoor glass doors closed whenever the fire is lit — no exceptions, as this is a fire hazard if left open. Only two logs should be used at a time in the indoor fireplace, as it does not require much wood. In the backyard, there is a wood firepit with Adirondack chairs, and firewood is provided for guest use. To ensure all guests have access, please use only a small amount of firewood at a time.
>WATERFRONT USE<
Kayaks and crab pots are available for guest use, with a walkway providing easy access to the water for launching kayaks. Low tide is the best time to walk the beach, and tide schedules will be provided to help plan your activities. Guests who wish to crab or fish from the beach must obtain the appropriate licenses before doing so.
