Or head off to Glenridding (8 miles) to relax by the lake, or tackle the trek to Aira Force waterfall – a magnificent cascade of water plunging 65 feet through a rocky ravine. Lake Ullswater and villiage pubs, resturants tea rooms are within a 5 minute walk. The Steamer is with in a 10 minute walk. There is also easy walking distance to fells.
